How do you keep a vintage shirt in mint condition?

On eBay (of course) there are oh so many vintage shirts. I want to know what the best possible way is to help keep it in mint and perfect condition, allowing you to wear it and etc.

Wearing any shirt one time for 30 seconds means it is no longer in “mint and perfect” condition. The best way to keep a collector item shirt in the best condition you can is to put it into a display case, or seal it in a vacuum seal type bag but without putting a vacuum on the bag.
